Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or related field
  • MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years experience in real estate acquisitions focused on senior living
  • Valid state driver’s license and insurance or reliable transportation
  • Background clearances and health screening including negative TB test
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
