Job Summary

  • The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator prepares and acquires export documentation for all in-bond domestic and export shipments under the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) regulations.
  • The incumbent will submit Intercompany Reconciliation on import shipments monthly and provide the necessary in-bond domestic and export shipment documention for drawback purposes.
  • Pernod Ricard offers a flexible work policy, with most of our positions offering a hybrid option with flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.
