Must-have
Field-based sales position
On-call schedule including nights and weekends
Knowledge of trauma products and competitors
Ability to work in emergency/operating room environments
Inventory management and product demonstration
Travel up to 30%
Nice-to-have
Building relationships with surgeons and hospitals
Excellent organizational skills
Comfortable with high intensity and chaos
Participation in professional association meetings
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years clinical healthcare or sales experience
3+ years of sales experience preferred
Adherence to compliance and ethical standards (AdvaMed)
Ability to participate in meetings outside regular hours
