  • Recognize and address emergency situations
  • Ensure sterilization criteria compliance

Nice-to-have

  • Active National Certification as OR Tech or CST

Key Requirements

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Accredited Operating Room Technician program completion
  • Two years scrub tech experience in hospital/military
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Certification within one year of hire for accredited graduates
