Job Summary

  • The Senior Business Analyst is accountable for driving business improvement through deep root-cause analysis, change delivery, and performance reporting.
  • Define and optimise end-to-end business processes to meet regulatory, system, and market changes and lead root cause analysis and deliver practical, measurable improvement initiatives across Energy Retail.
