Key Requirements
Graduate of Health Care Aide program or provincial equivalent
Minimum 500 hours of theory and practicum in Ontario or Alberta
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification recommended
Complete Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
Experience working with seniors in community health services
