Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of continuous experience in software engineering, development, solution architecture
Basic functional knowledge in CPG Supply Chain capabilities
Broad business and IT experiences
Technical or business certification(s)
Strong technical knowledge of diverse analytical tools (APIs, RPA, SQL, BW, Tableau)
Hands-on experience with Snowflake
Exposure to Microsoft Azure Data Platform
Strong technical leadership of Analytics Delivery teams and vendors
Experience leading IT projects/programs with strong SDLC understanding (Agile/Waterfall)
Working knowledge of API-based design
Mulesoft experience desired
Experience with integration methods and tools
Experience with SAP software solutions
Exposure to AI/ML technologies (R, Python, Scala)
Act as Scrum Master for a team
Ability to operate in a digital workplace
Ability to work in a virtual team across distance, cultures, and time zones
