Key Requirements

  • Screenings for incoming clients
  • Model protocol modification and parent training
  • Implement Family Guidance Programming
  • Provide therapy services in highly specialized facilities
  • Assist with medical leaves and caseload coverage
  • Review ABA initial and re-assessments
  • Review outsource assessments

  • Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings
  • Conduct clinical oversight of ABA Program
  • Collaborate and assist in RBT/Child schedules

  • Assist with planning and conducting BCBA meetings or CEU in-services
  • Assist with reviewing and providing input for updates needed to the BCBA Resource Manual and RBT Orientation Manual
  • Assist with development of and leading of trainings
  • Assist with creating fidelity checklists
  • Complete RBT onboarding
  • Complete 45- and 90-day reviews for RBT(s)
  • Complete 45- and 90-day reviews for BCBA(s)
  • Participate in RBT interviews
  • Coach BCBA on how to conduct RBT one-on-one meetings
  • Coordinate with Administrative Operations Specialist for managing “project” time for RBT team members
  • Meet with Senior Director to review BCBA caseloads
  • Complete BCBA onboarding
  • Participate in multidisciplinary conferences
  • Participate in annual performance reviews
  • Demonstrate continued growth in therapeutic skills
  • Communicate any needs or concerns with supervisor and/or administration
  • Provide input and feedback for company-wide ABA development
  • Collaborate with administration and other disciplines
