  • Deep understanding of MEP systems and electrical distribution
  • Proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary teams
  • Track record delivering large-scale projects on time and budget
  • Experience with commissioning QA/QC and construction best practices

Nice-to-have

  • Semiconductor advanced manufacturing pharmaceutical cleanroom experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
  • PMP LEED CxA or similar certifications
  • Proficiency with Procore Primavera P6 or MS Project
