Manage the lifecycle of the video system (VMS, gateways, cameras, decoders) to meet needs and constraints, identifying end-of-life and deciding on new generations.
Develop the technico-functional roadmap for the video system, define provisional OPEX/CAPEX budgets, and contribute to public tender consultations.
Ensure functional and technical quality of system documentation and provide support for incident and problem management.
