Key Requirements

  • 3+ years HR experience or equivalent in education
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant business or human resources discipline preferred
  • Experience with HR business systems (i.e.SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and MS Office applications preferred
  • Previous experience of working in a high volume regulated manufacturing environment preferred
  • Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-Organisation, time management and prioritization
  • 5% Travel Requirements
