• The Order to Cash (O2C) process is one of the most critical, cross‑functional value streams in a global enterprise, spanning Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Experience.
• As the Business Process Owner – Order to Cash, you will own the global O2C process end to end, from order capture through cash collection, setting the process vision, operating model, performance metrics, and transformation roadmap.
