  • Own the global deployment of POM / MAKE-related capabilities within the SAP S/4HANA template, including SAP–MES (PAS-X) integration.
  • Directly manage functional SMEs and analysts supporting the POM / MAKE scope, owning workload planning, prioritization, and quality of deliverables.
  • Partner with IT, system integrators, validation teams, and change management to ensure successful adoption of Manufacturing capabilities.
