  • This role is responsible for working with production teams to lead projects aimed at improving throughput and reducing waste in assigned areas of the plant.
  • Key responsibilities include yearly standardized work validations, engineering change implementations, continuous improvements, plant floor change implementations, proper part routings, workstation layouts, Ergo issues resolutions, and overspeed evaluations.
