Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
  • Three years’ experience in engineering or related field (Level II)
  • Eight years progressive professional level experience (Level III)
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
  • Technically current in machine design and/or equipment engineering (Level II)
  • Thorough knowledge of materials, machine dynamics (Level II)
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities (Level III)
  • Ability to work on long-term assignments (Level III)

  • Excellent communication/negotiation skills (Level III)
  • Experience with past project financial responsibilities (Level III)
