Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of all HVAC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe working environment, performing rounds and inspections, conducting routine assessments, and performing day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance.
