Job Summary
The CNA – Hospice role supports patients and families with dignity, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring comfort and quality of life during a deeply meaningful stage of care.
Essential duties include providing personal care, hygiene support, exercise assistance, patient ambulation, and reporting changes in patient condition to the RN Case Manager.
The position requires participation in scheduled weekend rotations and maintaining required annual continuing education to ensure compliance and professional growth.
