Job Summary
Manages the daily workflow of assigned department or unit, assessing the quality of services delivered and coordinating services with patients, staff, physicians, and other departments.
Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations, and determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases.
Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management, and performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment, payroll, and student engagements.
