Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible for planning and implementing facility orientation, job skills training, and in-service education programs to ensure the highest degree of quality care.
This role requires coordinating all required Fire/Internal Disaster and External Mass Casualty Drills while maintaining records of in-services as mandated by regulations.
Candidates must possess a current LVN license and be willing to provide direct resident and patient care alongside their supervisory duties.
