Earned Value Analysis CPI SPI proficiency
Blueprint and P&ID interpretation skills

Labor budget and resource planning

Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
Modular manufacturing background
Lean process implementation experience
ISO 9001 quality management familiarity
Self-starter with minimal supervision
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5-8 years progressive experience
Experience developing and monitoring labor budgets
Proficiency in Primavera or MS Project usage
Familiarity with fabrication, welding, and assembly processes
