Job Summary

• The dietary aide must be able to learn food service routine within a short period and perform essential duties such as setting up meal trays, assisting with serving meals, and preparing nourishments and snacks.
• Key responsibilities include maintaining kitchen sanitation by washing dishes, cleaning work surfaces and refrigerators, sweeping and mopping floors, and carrying out trash.
• The position requires the ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments and participate in the orientation and on-going training of dietary staff.
