  • The Partner Strategy and Growth team leads strategy, planning, and business development for the partner business at Workday, defining and executing strategy with leaders across the business.
  • The Workday Wellness Technical Business Development role leads go-to-market with strategic partner relationships in Workday Wellness, focusing on a next-generation platform for benefits and care.
  • A successful Tech BD will lead technology engagement, establish trust, demo capabilities, provide expertise, explain platform value, and support onboarding and integration with Workday Wellness APIs.

Salary

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $145,800 USD - $218,600 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $131,800 USD - $234,200 USD; Bonus/Equity: Role may be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus and annual refresh stock grants
