Job Summary
Supports the medical radiation safety program at the OSU Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) and affiliates; including Radiation Oncology, Nuclear Medicine/Pharmacy, and the medical x-ray program.
Perform reviews of Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology Quality Management Programs and audits of radioactive material and radiation generating equipment use to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide support to the OSUWMC dosimetry and personnel exposure monitoring program and participate in emergency response; this position is subject to 24-hour call in response to emergency and patient situations.
