The Senior Security Officer provides ongoing field training services for newly hired officers and facilitates monthly meetings to assess their progress during the probationary period.
Incident responsibilities include responding to emergencies, leading after-action debriefings with clinical staff, and ensuring access to emotional support resources for impacted employees.
