Base: $136,000.00 - $187,000.00 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for short-term and long-term incentive programs; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Key Requirements
Current RN License
Bachelor’s degree required
5+ years clinical experience
2-5 years case management experience
