The Health Services Coordinator serves on the health services team supporting the overall operations of the department through a variety of administrative and clinical functions as directed by the Director of Health Services (DHS).
Duties include conducting and coordinating assessments, drafting service plans, providing training, serving as a medication technician, and coordinating prescription orders.

Key Requirements
RN, LVN or LPN License
2+ years of prior related work experience
