• Provide strategic and operational support to Early Development Oncology Therapeutic Area and partner closely with the VP, Global Early Development.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, translating ambiguous business needs into actionable plans and delivering high-impact outcomes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and executive-level presentations to track performance and inform decisions.

Key Requirements

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
• Master’s degree and 4 years of experience in R&D strategic planning and operation
• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
• Associate’s degree and 10 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
• High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in R&D planning and operations
• MBA., PhD, PharmD, or Master’s Degree with 10 years of work experience in lab sciences and biopharmaceutical industry with 4 or more years of that experience in Oncology R&D
• Proven leader with experience leading cross-functional teams
• Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
