Nice-to-have

  • 2.5 or better GPA
  • Previous manufacturing environment experience
  • Intermediate MIG/TIG welding skills

Key Requirements

  • Rising Junior or Senior at Georgia high school
  • Must be 16 years of age by July 2025
  • Parental or legal guardian support required
  • AWS D1.1 certification test pass required
