  • Support the end-to-end underwriting process through regular liaison with other functions to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to our brokers and clients.

  • Liaise with Credit Control team
  • Manage client and broker requests
  • Interact with offshore team for quality control
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Develop expert system and process knowledge

  • Experience with Power BI advantageous

Key Requirements

  • Minimum A-level standard of education or equivalent business experience
  • Some insurance experience
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams)
