Job Summary
The main purpose of your job position is to support the Nursing Department and staff by performing a variety of support functions.
You will assist residents with daily needs, maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and common areas, and report any changes or incidents to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse.
This role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and participation in scheduled training and safety programs.
