This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues, championing strong visual standards using business performance data, and supporting sell-through management by coordinating labor for efficient product delivery.
As a Business and People Leader, this role partners with the General Manager to manage budgets, review business data, represent the business in meetings, and lead the Operations and Visual team through accountability, coaching, and development.
