Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in Long Term Care
  • Experience with MDS an asset
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills
  • Ability to lead training and education with Adult learners
  • Knowledge of InterRAI suite of tools
  • Knowledge of MDS/RUG III patient classification systems
  • Working Knowledge of Project Management Principles
  • Working Knowledge of Principles of Adult Education
  • Working Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement Principles
  • Working Knowledge of Data Analysis
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
