Job Summary

• Adds value through knowledge in process engineering, supporting stabilization and lifecycle of continuous improvement projects from identification to execution and closure in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, and cycle time.
• Responsible for the leadership and execution of projects focused on reducing variation caused by process and/or product design that positively influences business metrics, strategic directions, and financial results.
• You will be responsible for maintaining updated work plans for projects throughout the year such as design changes in core products, process changes, and cost improvement projects.
