Job Summary
This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.
As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in supporting employees through the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Off-boarding, administering rewards, benefits, training and performance management, and managing HR systems.
The role includes planning and executing programs supporting organisation development and employee engagement, administering HR-related surveys and procurement processes, and supporting end-to-end recruitment and ad-hoc tasks/projects.
