Lakeside Post Acute is seeking an Activities Director to oversee and direct resident-centered activities in compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards. Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of the Activity Director position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Activity Department in accordance with current federal, state, local and corporate standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the resident-centered activities for the facility, ensuring they meet the interests and physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of each resident.
  • Assist in reviewing and developing a plan of correction for activity deficiencies noted during survey inspections and provide a written copy of such report to the Administrator.
