Key responsibilities include owning the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle, serving as the People and labour-law subject-matter expert for Denmark, and driving the implementation of regional and global initiatives.
The role requires senior People/HR leadership experience in labour-intensive, legally complex, international environments, with fluency in Danish and onsite presence at the Aarhus terminal.
