Base: $58,000.00–$80,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive Total Rewards package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, retirement, and stock purchase plan

Key Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Life Science or Chemistry
2 years sales experience in scientific/laboratory industry preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce)
Valid driver's license
Ability to travel up to 70%
Residency within or near East Bay territory required
Fluency in English
