Job Summary

  • As an Occupational Therapist supporting both Avon Hospital and Clinic Fairview Hospital, you will provide comprehensive services to help patients regain their ability to perform daily activities, self-care, and essential responsibilities.
  • The caregiver who excels in this role will evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive and/or psychosocial deficits which impact their abilities to successfully perform independent living skills.
