Job Summary

  • As the Sales Senior Team leader - Proposals, you will be responsible for the preparation of complex proposals/bids, ensuring contract finalization and compliance with processes.
  • Collaborate with OFSE product line teams and monitor tender opportunities across customer procurement platforms, leading the full bid/tender process from strategy development to post-implementation review.
  • Work closely with various departments to deliver compliant and competitive bids, ensuring adherence to company processes, commercial policies, legal requirements, and HSE/quality standards.
