Key Requirements

  • Master of Business Administration
  • 18 to 28 years of experience
  • Minimum 14 to 20 years of work experience across Industry – Insurance, Banking, Capital Market, Wealth Management
  • Work experience with UK clients
  • Deep functional and process experience in Insurance
  • Thorough understanding of Tools and Platforms prevalent in Banking and Insurance
  • Prior experience in leading Lean/Six Sigma projects
  • Proven experience in managing teams on multiple projects
  • Functional experience in Finance transformation projects
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Specialization in Retirement / pension Services, Life and Annuity Products
  • Some experience of managing core Delivery, Analytics
  • Prior experience in enabling AI, RPA technologies
