Job Summary
This role facilitates the coordination of the incident response activities, partnering with global experts to tackle complex threats.
Responsible for the creation of Root Cause Analysis reports incorporating learning from all incidents, documenting fixes to aid the Incident knowledge base, with the aim to improve consistency and quality of approach and resolution.
