Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Nurse Supervisor in the day-to-day recording and charting of medical and administrative information in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
Essential duties include maintaining daily census reports, updating resident rosters, completing charge slips, and accurately transcribing physicians' orders to care plans and medication records.
The role requires strict adherence to HIPAA compliance, treating all residents with dignity and respect, and participating in required in-service training programs such as OSHA and Infection Control.
