The role involves liaising with partners and donors, conducting literature reviews, developing data collection tools, and synthesizing insights to support evidence-informed decision-making.

Must-have
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Project documentation and reporting
Monitoring and evaluation (MEL) tools
Data quality assurance methods
Proficient in MS Excel
Planning and coordination of projects
Nice-to-have
Experience with Tableau, STATA, SQL, SPSS, Epi-Info, Python
Strong system thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly
Fluency in English and Hindi
Experience in development sector/INGOs
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in public health, nutrition, statistics, health economics, economics, or computer science
At least 3 years of related experience in public health project implementation
Fluency in English and Hindi
Experience with MEL tools and data quality assurance
Experience in planning, coordination, and monitoring public health projects
