Job Summary

  • You will play a key role in delivering conferences, functions and large‑scale events, while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a respected City Club kitchen and contributing to the development of junior chefs.

Key Requirements

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher
  • Experience in premium City Club, 4-5 star hotel, resort or conference & events kitchen
  • Experience mentoring and supporting junior chefs
  • Proven ability to maintain high standards
  • Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster
