Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive support for the Global Contact Center, including audio/video conferencing, call recording, CTI, and reporting environments.
  • Ensure operational readiness of video conferencing endpoints and IP phones, while responding to user trouble tickets within service levels.
  • Actively participate in and coordinate testing and support of Cloud Contact Center Disaster Recovery plans, working with communications carriers to resolve issues.
