Provide comprehensive support for the Global Contact Center, including audio/video conferencing, call recording, CTI, and reporting environments.
Ensure operational readiness of video conferencing endpoints and IP phones, while responding to user trouble tickets within service levels.
Actively participate in and coordinate testing and support of Cloud Contact Center Disaster Recovery plans, working with communications carriers to resolve issues.
