The Instructional Designer will take care of our leaders and ensure they are equipped with the mindsets and behaviors needed to effectively lead their teams and achieve business results.

Key Requirements
3 years of work experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficient knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard eLearning development tools
Basic knowledge of project management principles and MS Project
Excellent written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
