The primary purpose of this role is to assist in administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, under the direction of nursing supervisors and the Director of Nursing Services.
Essential duties include accurately preparing, administering, and documenting oral and topical medications, verifying resident identity, and reporting any errors or reactions promptly.
The position requires adherence to facility policies, participation in quality assurance programs, and maintaining resident confidentiality, with no supervisory responsibilities.
