Base: $124,000 - $206,000 annually (Colorado); Geographic cost of labor applied for other states; Incentive eligible based on contribution and performance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years building data-driven ML systems
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with optimization and simulation
U.S. Citizenship required for ITAR roles
Nice-to-have
Background in operations research or economics
Familiarity with geospatial or satellite systems
Experience with zero trust security principles
Ability to work in complex problem spaces
Key Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Math, OR, or Engineering
U.S. Citizen status mandatory due to export control laws
Minimum 5 years experience in ML-powered systems
