Job Summary
The role is responsible for managing and executing APAC import and export activities, with a primary focus on Vietnam while providing essential support to other APAC countries’ operational issues and projects as needed.
The role ensures that all shipments comply with regional customs legislation and Pfizer’s Global Trade Policy, including preparing and validating customs documentation and managing customs audits to mitigate risks.
The manager monitors customs broker performance, takes corrective actions to address compliance gaps, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement process changes ensuring smooth import/export operations.
