  • Oversee the operations of the Front Office, Guest Relations and PBX staffs, including training and coaching all colleagues and managers on established systems.
  • Maintain budgets in all departments with regards to labor, expenses and revenues, and address any guest opportunities, problems and/or requests in a friendly and professional manner.
